Shipping Policy

All products in the shop are digital downloads.

NO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS WILL BE SHIPPED. 

Where is my download?

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email from “DIY Designs by Anika” with the subject “Your order is now complete“. 

The email should arrive immediately in your inbox but please allow up to 30 minutes depending on your mail server.

That email will contain a link for the download. Below is a sample screenshot of what the email looks like.

Sometimes the email can get stuck in the spam folder, so be sure to check that. 

This will be in addition to your email receipt from PayPal or Stripe.

You can also create a customer account to access your digital downloads during check-out. You may log in to your customer account after your payment is processed to download your item(s) anytime.
